Alright. Terms and conditions, specifically for recoloring.
This applies to any request for emote recolors, pieces with backgrounds I might reuse, cases where I fill in another character in a multi-figure piece, and others similar situations.
Your purchase can be published for marketing purposes.
I’ll likely pop it on Twitter, use it as an example for my store, and so on. While I make best effort to mention who each emote is of, I do not guarantee your name will always appear when I publish a recolor (such as in a mass-collage of recolors).
I do not guarantee delivery timelines.
Generally, I complete commissions in the order they come in. I may batch similar kinds of commissions together or complete simpler commissions earlier if I think I can get requests out faster, at my discretion.
If you’re curious where your request is at any point, I update my Trello commission tracking board about once per working week. Shorter requests like a recolor may not appear on the board unless I cannot complete the request within the week.
Honestly, most of this particular disclaimer is due to my disability. There will quite simply be periods where I can neither see nor exit my bed, and that tends to cause delays and ripples in commission completion. While there are rarely significant delays in delivering simple recolors, it can happen, and you should be aware of that.
In some cases, your request may be resold.
Generally, this will be a common-sense policy, where if it’s “my piece” I will resell/republish etc, but if it’s a copyrighted character, I won’t resell it without a separate contract.
Do please keep in mind that other people can have a similar color palette or design features to you. Recolors are generally “send me a color palette” and I create the thing, with some adjustments for hairstyle and such. If multiple vtubers with pink hair and pale skin request the same emote recolor there may not be much to distinguish them.

If it’s something like a recolor of my mushroom design, a heart, or something else generic, I may resell it as-is.
If you recolor my own stuff
For example, if you request a recolor of Roslin Goblin with rainbow hair… Yeah, I get to do what I like with that after it’s done lol
